CHAIR’S MESSAGE:

Welcome to the Minnesota State Mankato Construction Management Program website. Our faculty are committed to advancing world-class project management for the built environment through effective teaching, research and service. Over 350 students are currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management – our largest enrollment ever. This makes us one of the 20 largest CM programs in the U.S.

 

There is currently a very strong demand for Construction Management graduates. Many of our graduates find employment with commercial, highway, industrial, residential or trade contractors. Facility management firms and material suppliers also hire our interns and graduates. Typical entry-level positions include field manager, assistant superintendent, project engineer, scheduler, assistant estimator, project cost controller and safety director.
