MSU Team Wins Second Place Honor at MUDAC.

Student team receives second place for Data Visualization

Recently, Minnesota State University Mankato hosted the Midwest Undergraduate Data Analytics Competition. The highly competitive contest brought in over 50 teams of approximately 200 students total. The students were given 24 hours to solve a complex data analytics program and presented their solution to industy judges. This week, the results were relased with Team 37 ( MSU Computer Information Sciences and Mathematics)  placing in second place for the Data Visualization Award. The team led by faculty advisor Dr.Soumaya Banerjee, included: Taisuke Usumi, Nusrat Chaity, Lindsay Miller, Allison Millerbernd, and Junsoo Seo.
