This section is designed to help current and prospective students find the information you need. Weather you want information on the application process or financial aide, or you want to look at the program of study—this section is designed to help you find what you're looking for.
There are two application processes to be completed by prospective students.
Admission to the program is granted by the department. In addition to the University admissions requirements, and prior to entering the engineering curriculum in the first semester of the junior year in full standing, students must complete a minimum of 49 semester credit hours.

- Transferring coursework once you are already a student: Students who have already been admitted to MSU and have additional Minnesota State transferwork to be evaluated, are asked to request that additional eTranscripts be retrieved by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The email should include the student's name, tech ID, and Minnesota State school for which the transcript is needed. Students should make certain that they have cleared any holds on their account at the schools from which they are requesting transcripts.
