Diversity comes in many forms. Gender, ethnicity, socio-economic background, academic experience, religion, race, learning styles, and cultural experience all play a part in diversity. Within the MAX Scholar program, we strive to create a diverse cohort of students who can learn from each other and who can support each other in achieving their academic goals. Our goal is to make clear the ways that students can step from their first year in college to successful completion of their undergraduate education to successful experiences in industry or graduate school.
