Mr. Timothy O. Loose, P.E.Mr. Loose is an adjunct faculty member in the Civil Engineering Program. He is a registered professional engineer with over twenty four years of experience and is currently a Principal member of the firm of Bolton & Menk, Inc. His background includes extensive municipal experience in the planning, design and construction of street improvements, storm water drainage facilities, water distribution networks, wastewater collection systems, subdivision design, park and trail planning and development and recreation facilities.
Currently, Mr. Loose serves in the consulting capacity as the City Engineer for the Cities of Jordan and Saint Peter.
