Dr. Vojin R. NikolicDr. Vojin R. Nikolic joined the Mechanical Engineering Faculty at MSU in August 2000. He received his Dipl. Ing. in mechanical engineering from the University of Belgrade, Yugoslavia, his M.S. in aeronautical engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology (1983) and his Ph.D. in aerospace engineering from the University of Notre Dame (1993). He has worked for twelve years in aircraft design and development. He has taught at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology for 3.5 years and at Indiana Institute of Technology for 3 years. His area of expertise include computer aided design, fluid mechanics, aerodynamics, jet propulsion, and aircraft design. He is an author or co-author of over sixty journal articles, conference papers and reports. He is an Associate Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
