Mr. William R. Douglass, P.E.Mr. Douglass is an adjunct faculty member in the Civil Engineering Program. He is a registered professional engineer with over eighteen years of experience and is an Associate member of the firm of Bolton & Menk, Inc. Mr. Douglass specializes in hydrologic and storm water drainage design and management services. These services include site planning and layout, hydrologic analysis for storm water detention, regulatory negotiations, utilities and construction inspection and administration.
Currently, Mr. Douglass serves in the consulting capacity as the City Engineer for the Cities of St. James, Lake Crystal, Madelia, Eagle Lake, St. Clair, Butterfield and Northwood, Iowa.
