Scott is a Water Quality Analyst, and his primary project for the Water Resources Center is the development of Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) studies. Scott also works with other organizations working on TMDLs and offers technical services and support, such as data analysis for other regional studies. Having grown up near the Blue Earth River, Scott is excited about working to improve the health of the river, and is looking forward to the challenge.
