The WRC reaches out to policy makers and citizens in the Basin. Beyond providing information on the Minnesota River Basin Data Center website, the WRC also provides training opportunities for working professionals, board members, and students to advance decision making and technical skills. The Institute for Environmental Training and Professional Development offers a wide variety of classes designed to expand skills ranging from technical issues to group process and management.
