I love my Learning Community. Since day one, everyone in Learning Communities has been the sweetest and most helpful people I've met. They are always trying to help and are there whenever I just need to chat. The people in my Learning Community are some of my closest friends, study buddies and the most fun people I've ever met, not to mention my Learning Community Coordinator. I love chatting with him every week. I'm so happy I got the opportunity to join this amazing community.

The Learning Community has really helped me adjust to campus life. I’ve made some amazing friends, gotten access to so many great resources, and had a schedule that’s really set me up for success. There is something every week to do which helps you get involved, and as a pre-nursing major, it has helped me stay on top of my study schedule. I think my favorite part is the relationships I have been able to build with people who are passionate and share the same goals. My LCC has given so much advice and really helped me as I’ve navigated everything that comes with being a first-year student because she has been there herself. You truly get out what you put in, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone, especially pre-nursing majors!

Joining a Learning Community was the best decision I made going into college. My Learning Community has already helped me so much by pushing me out of my comfort zone with fun events, study sessions, and just by getting me out of my dorm room. If you ever consider joining a Learning Community, I would highly recommend it, as it is the perfect way to thrive in college with exciting events while still working on your schoolwork.

When getting ready for college, I began to worry that I wouldn't really be able to connect with anyone. Being away from home, from my friends, and from my family, scared me, and I was worried that I would feel isolated. Being in a Learning community helped me feel more included and helped me gain the courage to reach out and become more involved on campus. Everyone is so kind and spending time together, even if it's just studying in one of our study sessions, has really helped me feel like I'm at home. Overall, I am really grateful that I've decided to join my Learning Community.
