Dr. Groh taught Organic Chemistry and Spectroscopy.
His research focuses included the development of new metal-mediated organic synthetic methods, the chemical modification and analysis of oilseed oils, the chemistry of beer making and the study and analysis of hops and hop extracts, and the development of new, undergraduate laboratory experiments.
