Bio
Dr. Jahnavi Dirisina is an Assistant Professor in the Twin Cities Engineering program. She received her Ph.D. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Oklahoma (2024), M.S. in Engineering Management from Central Michigan University (2017), and B.S. in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (2015). Her primary teaching interests are in the Electrical and General Engineering core competencies. Her research is in the field of Cognitive Human Factors with applications in Engineering Education. She is currently focused on examining how cognitive and psychological constructs like engineering identity, self-concept, and self-efficacy can support diverse graduation pathways for engineering undergraduate students.
