Dr. Patrick Tebbe joined the Mechanical Engineering faculty at Minnesota State University in August 2004.
Academic Background
He earned his BS, MS and PhD in mechanical engineering from the University of Missouri - Columbia, as well as a second MS in nuclear engineering. Dr. Tebbe has served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Missouri and taught for several years as an Assistant Professor at The College of New Jersey.
Professional Interests
His areas of interest include thermal/fluids and numerical modeling. Current research activities include the study of thermal effects in materials processing and energy systems.
Professional Affiliations
Dr. Tebbe is an active member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, American Society for Engineering Education. He has also served the American Nuclear Society for several years as an officer and executive committee member of the Human Factors division.
