I have a plant in my yard that I don't recognize. How can I find out what it is?

Take a clear/detailed digital photograph of the plant. Make sure to show flowers, fruit or other reproductive structures. E-mail the photo to Dr. Matthew Kaproth at the Radichel Herbarium. We welcome you to set up an appointment to visit the Herbarium. Right before you come in, cut a piece off the plant. Try to include flowers, fruits, or other reproductive structures. Bring it with you and we'll try to identify it.
