DREAM Executive Board Election

DREAM is seeking student candidates for the following executive board positions. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable professional experience and leadership skills while contributing to DREAM events and activities. Each position is elected and appointed for the full academic year (August 2022-May 2023).

• President: This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the organization and works in consultation with the Faculty Advisor.
• Vice President: This position is responsible for supporting the president and helps manage the organization.
• Web Development Chair: This position leads web design, graphic design, and social media projects.
• Secretary: The secretary is responsible for managing rosters and minutes and assists in communication with members about meetings and events.
• Treasurer: The position works with the Faculty Advisor and president to apply for funding, submit reimbursements, help with fund raising, and maintain financial information.

Election Process: If you are interested in being a candidate for any of the above positions, please email Tiati Thelen (Tiati.Thelen@mnsu.edu) by Monday, April 18. The election will be held on Tuesday, April 19, 6 pm via Zoom. Each nominee will be asked to speak about their interest in the position for a maximum of 3 minutes.
