Cancer and Immunity Research Stream

The Immunity and Cancer stream investigates miRNA regulation of specific immune proteins (APOBECs) that are involved in malignant (cancer) transformation. In this stream, a each group students investigates a unique set of miRNAs identified using bioinformatic tools.
