7:30 am Project Set-up Myers Field House
Display and Safety Checks
Participants may go directly into the field house and set-up, check-in not required.
8:45 am Students report to their projects Myers Field House
We encourage parents, teachers, mentors and adults to remain in the field house in the bleacher section or on campus during judging process.
9:00 am Project Judging Begins Myers Field House
We encourage parents, teachers, mentors and adults to remain in the field house in the bleacher section or on campus during judging process.
12:00 pm Project Judging Ends Myers Field House

Off Campus: University Square
12:00 pm - 2:00 pm Project Exhibition Open to Public | Ribbon Placement
Student’s do not need to be at their projects for ribbon placing or during the public exhibition.
2:00pm Awards Ceremony Bresnan Arena
3:30 pm Project Take-down and Clean-up Myers Field House
Use same location for pick up as drop off.
Pull into lot 9, through lot 8 and exit on stadium.

Maverick Bullpen
The Maverick Bullpen in the lower level of the CSU is one of the nation’s largest university game rooms offering 12 lanes of bowling, 15 billiard tables, four gaming stations, a TV lounge, snack bar and more. Open to the public, there are costs to families to use resources in the Bullpen.
