Assistant-ship Application

The graduate assistantship (typically a graduate teaching assistantship) application can be found at https://grad.mnsu.edu/graduate-student-resources/graduate-assistantships/. Once the online application for admission is completed, students who are interested in an assistantship may complete the application form for graduate assistantship and send it directly to the department (email to cynthia.meyer@mnsu.edu with subject as “Graduate Teaching Assistantship Application” or mail your application to the department.) The College of Graduate Studeis and Research will handle your admission and the assistantship will be awarded by the department. The department chair will contact you regarding your assistantship application.

Applicants applying for a graduate assistantship are encouraged to apply as early as possible, although we will continue to review assistantship applications until all positions are filled.
