Department's Instrumentation and Laboratories
Ford Hall, a 67,000 square foot science facility, is one of the greenest buildings on campus with high-efficiency fluorescent bulbs, a design for maximum natural light, and a device on the roof that acts as a sort of radiator to extract heat. Within this green building lives the department's faculty offices, research labs, teaching labs, and instrumentation.
